The WDW-10M electronic universal spring testing machine is a precision testing equipment specifically designed for mechanical performance testing of various types of springs. It can accurately measure the tensile load and ultimate elongation of the tension spring, as well as the core parameters such as compression capacity, compression amount, free height, and coil height of the compression spring. The device can collect real-time test force, displacement, and deformation data, automatically draw force displacement curves, complete data calculation and result analysis, and generate standardized testing reports with one click. It supports data storage, retrieval, and printing.
The equipment has a wide range of adaptability and can detect various types of springs such as cylindrical springs, conical springs, disc springs, and irregular springs, catering to the detection needs of small precision springs and industrial heavy-duty springs.
