The WES-C digital hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of metal materials such as tension, compression, bending, and shear. With simple accessories and devices, it can also test cement, concrete, rubber, and their products.

Manufacturing of testing machine:
1. The main engine adopts a bottom mounted structure with oil cylinders, and the stretching space is located above the main engine. The compression and bending test space is located between the lower crossbeam and the worktable below the main engine. The test space is adjusted by the movement of the lower crossbeam, and the lifting of the lower crossbeam is driven by a motor through a reducer, a chain transmission mechanism, and a screw pair.
2. This hydraulic universal testing machine adopts a convenient manual valve for open-loop test control, drives a precision gap sealing hydraulic cylinder, and completes performance tests such as tensile, compression, and bending resistance of the sample. The operation is direct, fast, and efficient, meeting the requirements of national standards
3. The force measuring mechanism uses sensors to measure the test force, and completes the setting, data acquisition, processing, analysis, and storage of test parameters during the test process through a digital display. The interface displays the size of the test force, loading speed, and maximum test force. It can also automatically calculate the tensile strength, yield strength of materials with obvious yield characteristics, and calculate test data such as elongation at break.
