Scope of application:
The WDW-50T pallet pressure testing machine can test the actual load-bearing capacity of cardboard boxes, packaging containers, and pallets, meeting the performance requirements and test selection of GB/T 4995-2014 universal flat pallets for intermodal transportation, GB/T4996-2014 universal flat pallet test methods, and completing mechanical tests such as lifting and stacking of pallets and cardboard boxes.

1. Implement a computer automatic control system that automatically rises, falls, and collects data to automatically draw actual pressure deformation curves, pressure time curves, and deformation time curves for compressive strength;
2. The speed within 0.05-200mm/min can be set arbitrarily. If the speed parameter in the computer is set to 30mm/min, the computer will automatically adjust the speed of the motor during testing, so that the horizontal pressing speed is 30mm/min;
3. Automatic reset, if the automatic reset function is selected in the system settings of the testing program, the computer will automatically return to the position before testing after each test is completed, in order to save testing time and reduce the actions of testing personnel;
4. Multi layer protection function: In addition to mechanical limit protection, the computer also has multiple protections, such as test force protection, deformation protection, etc., to protect the most vulnerable sensor parts;

Multiple testing methods: ⑴ Single pressure test, testing the maximum pressure that the test chamber can withstand; ⑵ Pressure holding test, which can test whether the cardboard box can meet the time requirement to maintain the maximum pressure requirement; ⑶ Conduct multiple repeated pressure tests to test whether the cardboard box can achieve the required number of tests under the maximum pressure requirement.
Various test data and curves can be automatically saved, and the content of the test report can be freely selected. Single test reports can be printed, and multiple test reports can be combined and printed for comparison. The report content includes necessary test data and test data curves for testing.
