The MRS-10G lever type four ball friction and wear testing machine is mainly used to evaluate the bearing capacity of lubricants in the form of sliding friction under high point contact pressure conditions. It can evaluate the friction coefficient and wear spot diameter of lubricants, including the maximum non bite load Pb, sintering load Pd, comprehensive wear value ZMZ, long-term anti-wear D value, and other multiple indicators. In practical applications, different evaluation indicators can be selected according to the various uses of lubricants. According to the standard calibration of oil by Beijing Institute of Stone Science, the stability and repeatability are good. This machine is mainly suitable for lubricating oil evaluation, and is widely used in the field of tribology, petroleum, chemical, energy and other industries, as well as in colleges, research institutes and other units.

1. Drive mode: direct drive, reducing the impact of transmission links on spindle speed and controlling errors
2. Loading method: lever weight, with fully automatic weight lifter, minimum weight 0.05N, convenient and accurate
3. Test load: light load and heavy load, can be selected according to different lever ratios of 1:10-1:20
4. Loading range [N]: up to 10000, freely set loading from 2-1000kg
5. Pre tightening force of clamp: Customized standard spring clamp to meet standard requirements (no impact on light and heavy loads)
6. Mechanical performance and accuracy: meet the requirements of JB/T9395 standard
7. Power output: Imported Panasonic servo motor is used, which is conducive to experimental adjustment and data precision control
8. Spindle speed [r/min]: 0-3000, meeting the requirements of the new standard GB3142-2019
9. Heating range of oil cup [℃]: room temperature~300
10. Pressure sensor [kg]: imported from the United States with transmission force 5 and 50; PB test must be able to measure friction force and friction coefficient
