The equipment is equipped with a servo hydraulic closed-loop control system, which can load smoothly and controllably, simulate the actual lifting force state of the hook, fully record the elastic deformation, plastic deformation, and ultimate fracture process of the hook, and automatically calculate core parameters such as load deformation, yield load, tensile limit, and elongation after fracture. The equipment can be matched with various customized special fixtures. After clamping, the workpiece is placed in the center of the force, reducing eccentric loads, fitting the real working conditions, and ensuring the stability and standardization of the test.
The overall rigidity of the machine body is sufficient, and the pressure fluctuation during large tonnage testing is small.
